Before anything else, I consider myself a bodyworker.

For more than twenty years, I have worked closely with the body, learning to listen through touch, presence, and attention. I view the body as both a guide and a source of wisdom—holding our experiences, habits, tensions, and ways of moving through the world.

My approach integrates a variety of modalities, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Lomilomi, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu, and Sensory Repatterning. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual.

These sessions are not only about relieving physical tension, but also about creating an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the body, and cultivate greater awareness of what is present.
