SOFT RETURN SESSIONS
SOFT RETURN SESSIONS
I offer a safe and supportive space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what is unfolding in your life.
Many of us spend years following expectations, responsibilities, and external voices. Over time, it can become difficult to hear ourselves clearly. Through mindful awareness, Focusing, body-centered practices, and spiritual companionship, we create space to listen more deeply to your own experience, values, and inner knowing.
My role is not to provide answers or tell you who to be. Rather, I offer presence, curiosity, and compassionate support as you explore your questions and discover what feels true for you.
My work is influenced by contemplative and spiritual traditions that value presence, deep listening, self-awareness, and the wisdom that emerges when we slow down and pay attention.
Each session unfolds organically according to your unique needs and circumstances. No two sessions are alike.
This work may support you in:
• Fertility and IVF journeys
• Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood
• Navigating life transitions
• Developing greater self-trust
• Listening more deeply to yourself
• Exploring spirituality and personal growth
• Clarifying values and priorities
• Creating healthier boundaries
• Living with greater authenticity and intention

ABOUT FOCUSING
Focusing is a gentle, body-centered practice of inner listening developed by Eugene Gendlin.
Sometimes we know something is present within us, but we cannot quite put it into words. Focusing helps us slow down and pay attention to the subtle feelings, sensations, and knowing that arise from within.
As a Focusing practitioner, I accompany you with presence and curiosity while you explore your own experience at your own pace. The process is guided by your inner wisdom rather than interpretation, advice, or analysis.
ABOUT RELATIONAL SOMATICS
Relational Somatics recognizes that our experiences are held not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies and relationships.
This approach invites us to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment—physically, emotionally, and relationally. By bringing gentle awareness to these experiences, we create opportunities for greater understanding, connection, and choice.
The relationship itself becomes a place of presence, listening, and exploration, supporting a deeper connection between body, mind, and lived experience.
